Letter to WSOP Academy Members

We apologize for the interruption in service of WSOP Academy’s online training. WSOP Academy was a service licensed to a third party provider. This provider defaulted on its obligations and Caesars Interactive was forced to terminate the agreement, causing your service to be temporarily suspended.

We have a new exciting management group who is quickly working to re-launch WSOP Academy with better and richer content than ever before. The site will feature analysis from top professionals and help you on the path to a WSOP bracelet.

Monthly subscribers will not be billed on a go-forward basis and will be given the option to re-up their service once the site completes maintenance. If you have not cancelled your automatic billing yet, we recommend that you contact your credit card company immediately and do so.

Upon re-launch of WSOP Academy, disrupted customers will be given 60 free days to access the new site. In addition, you'll be receiving an email in the next few weeks offering a special promotion exclusive to you.

Please visit WSOPAcademy.com and enter your full name along with your WSOP Academy username and the email address you registered under in the space provided (if you had a previous account), so we can keep you updated with the status of the re-launch. If you are not a previous account holder please enter your information so we can keep you up to date on the re-launch as well.

Again, we regret the inconvenience this lapse of service has caused you. We are grateful that you have chosen WSOP Academy for your poker instruction needs.

You will receive a follow up email within 30 days outlining the actions that we have already taken along with future actions to resolve this situation.
