CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
We currently have an opening for a Customer Relationship Specialist in our office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Customer Relationship Specialist primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of service to potential and existing WSOP Academy customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers in order to engage them in discussion.
• Excellent active listening skills and ability to ask appropriate questions to determine customer’s needs and preferences.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated presentation and people skills.
• Thrives on meeting goals and targets.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for the game of poker is required.
• Must be dynamic and able to multitask and deal with change.
• Must be a proactive problem solver.
• Must be motivated and results oriented.
• Must be proficient with office applications. (Word, Excel, Outllook)
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• College degree preferred.
